Office tower ST Martin

The St. Martin Tower is one of the first high-rise buildings to greet visitors to Frankfurt as they drive into the city center from the west.

Following completion of the basic fit-out, IBB was commissioned to provide fire protection support for all tenant fit-outs. This included various fire protection concepts for conversions as well as construction supervision and certification of fire protection conformity.

We were also able to draw up the fire department plans, escape and rescue plans and fire safety regulations for this beautiful building.
