Over 15 years of experience in fire protection planning

IBB Ingenieurgesellschaft für Bauen und Brandschutz mbH was founded as a sole proprietorship in Darmstadt in 2008 and has been creating fire protection concepts and fire protection certificates for construction projects of all kinds ever since.

In 2012, we relocated to Heusenstamm near Frankfurt and became a limited liability company in 2018. In 2019, the next major step was Simon Bertsch's recognition by the building authorities as a state-approved expert for fire protection in Hesse and Bavaria. In 2020, the newly founded branch office in the old town of Nuremberg was added. Thanks to our customer base, we are active throughout Germany and, among other things, we prepare the fire protection concepts and fire protection certificates required by building law for construction projects in Hamburg, Berlin, Saarbrücken, Freiburg, Munich and, of course, in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions as well as in the Nuremberg area.

Diversity and continuity

Since the company was founded, we have supervised over 850 construction projects as fire protection planners - from small apartment buildings and large-scale industrial and pharmaceutical buildings to biogas plants and high-rise hotel buildings. What we are proud of: We are still working for our very first client today, and this continuity and trusting cooperation is both a challenge and an incentive.

We offer our customers a wide range of fire protection services. Not only classic fire protection planning such as the creation of fire protection concepts and fire protection certificates as an authorized fire protection inspector in Hesse, but also expert opinions, the appointment of fire protection officers or the creation of escape and rescue plans, fire department plans or fire protection regulations.
