Data center Frankfurt

Frankfurt is an important location for data centers. One of the world's largest Internet hubs is located here, which offers data center operators in the greater Frankfurt area a speed advantage.

The IBB team has already drawn up fire protection concepts and provided construction supervision for a large number of data centers. For the one shown here, we were commissioned with the construction supervision of the fire protection. Of particular interest here are the technical systems for firefighting, such as gas extinguishing systems and the highly sensitive fire detection via smoke aspiration systems.

The measures to maintain operations also require more extensive fire protection measures, e.g. for the fuel storage of emergency power generators.

Customers' data is now available securely and extremely quickly across many thousands of square meters.
