Office tower Hamburg
The high-rise office building at Heidenkampsweg 97-101 is located directly on the waterfront. The building was largely vacant when our client decided to carry out a fire protection refurbishment and redivide the units.
A needs-based fire protection plan by IBB made it possible to create modern and bright office spaces with generous areas and an inviting reception in the foyer on the first floor. An educational facility was subsequently included in the scope of planning.
The implementation planning was already pushed ahead during the approval phase, so that the construction work was carried out immediately after the building permit was granted very quickly.
IBB also provided specialist site management for fire protection, fire department plans and escape and rescue plans.
