Hotel BW Plaza Plus Darmstadt

At the entrance to Darmstadt, the hotel building with its all-round glazing cannot be overlooked.

During an official inspection, fire protection deficiencies were identified and IBB planned and monitored their rectification. Deviating building designs were submitted for approval on the basis of a new fire protection concept. A sure instinct was required here: not only the refurbishment during ongoing operations, but also an economic concept had to be implemented.

After the successful refurbishment, the fire department plans and the escape and rescue plans had to be updated, which we were also able to take on.
