Residential complex with underground parking garage Frankfurt

In response to the demand for living space, our client developed a plot of land with apartment buildings in a prime Frankfurt location. The planning comprised seven apartment buildings on a two-storey underground garage. Over 320 apartments were to be built.

The task was made tricky by the required real division of the property, which we had to take into account in the fire protection planning. Not only was the building inspectorate satisfied with the planning result, which granted planning permission without any further fire protection requirements, but also the client.

In the end, our planning also convinced the general contractor - who commissioned us with the specialist fire protection construction management as well as with the creation of the fire department plans and the escape and rescue plans.
