Hotel Rodgau

A small but exquisite craftsmen's hotel is being built in the industrial area of Rodgau, offering every comfort required in the Rhine-Main region. To ensure that safety was not neglected, IBB was commissioned to draw up the fire protection concept for the special building.

We were able to integrate various changes to the planning during the construction phase - for example the subsequent integration of a restaurant on the first floor - at short notice.

IBB also supervised the construction and drew up the escape and rescue plans.
